Despite advancements in subcutaneous (SC) autoinjection, comprehensive insights are still limited. SC delivery of biologics faces challenges such as drug volume, viscosity, and user injection time. While adjunct molecules have improved absorption for larger doses, significant gaps remain in SC drug development.
