Sample requirements vary e.g. in quantity, final-product compatibility and documentation depending on your development stage and planned tests. Additive prototyping technologies for first look and feel

We use 3D printing techniques such as stereolithography to produce samples of custom functional components, adapters, and packaging elements such as nests. This technique is ideal for producing between five and 20 samples in a few days to enable design discussions and first functional testing.

Rapid tooling enables developers to investigate product-specific factors such as shrinkage, stiffness, and stability. It can also be used to conduct functional testing using final materials before you commit to investing in expensive serial or multi-cavity molds.
